1. I have the right to use the Artwork(s) I have created however I see fit.
           The. The most I will do with Original Works (original characters / fan characters). Will be to repost them onto other Art websites UNLESS the commissioner wishes for the commission to be private.
           B. I have the right to sell Fanart if commissioned.  
                       EX: If you commission me to draw just an existing character I have the right to throw up the print on my store. Now if you have them with a Fan Character or Original Character I will not put it up in my store.

2. You are allowed to repost Commissions / Gift Art / Art trades as long as it is with the proper credit and not for a profit. You are restricted from selling the commissioned work and agree that it is for personal use only.
                       EX: if you commission me to draw for you, you may not sell that picture for a profit.

3. Do not ask me to draw in different styles. You are commissioning me for My style whether it be coloring style or drawing style.

           The. I tend to check my work email once or twice a day because I often get my orders through DMs so I will get back to you as soon as possible :)

5. Regarding redraws/revisions. You must ask ahead of time in your DM/Email that you wish to see/approve the WIP or process of your commissions. I offer this because this process causes me to work slower on your piece since I have to wait for your OK. Have no fear that I will push your commission back compared to others. However, it is much easier for me to finish a 'simple' commission all in one go then having to take breaks.
               The. Due to Problems in the past I will redraw a complete sketch twice. (Let's say you don't like the pose/idea and you want something else in this stage. It is fine but you must say so in the SKETCH PHASE) and 3 minor corrections before a fee will be added to the price for every extra change added. 

6. You are required to pay 50% of the total price in advance so that I can start to work on your commission (this way I have a warranty that I am NOT wasting time and resources on something I might not get paid for in the end. I hope you understand)

8. I will not be taking commissions with a political leaning side.

I mostly only work with PayPal for payments.

IF YOU RESIDE IN BRAZIL, I accept bank transfer payments to my account.

I am sorry but I will NOT do your commission for free.

Variation of terms

I am permitted to review these Terms at any time as I see fit, and by commissioning me you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
